Midtown:

Dubai Production City is home to the development project Midtown by Deyaar (formerly known as International Media Production Zone). The first phase, known as Afnan District, was unveiled during the Cityscape real estate exhibition in 2014 and launched a year later. Building work started in August 2017. Because there are several other developments in Dubai with the same name, this one has a somewhat awkward moniker. A built-up area of over five million square feet is divided among six districts and 24 buildings in this integrated urban neighborhood along Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road. There are studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments available.

Afnan District 

The initial Midtown phase, Afnan, opened to potential investors in September 2015. It has seven residential structures with sizes ranging from seven to seventeen stories. The 659 apartments in the blocks—132 studios, 374 one-beds, 143 two-beds, and 10 three-bed apartments—range in size from 40 to 189 square meters and are ideal for families with middle-class incomes. According to the developer, "by adding 400,000 sq ft of planted ground, the neighborhood meters are expected to create a green and aesthetically pleasant atmosphere." New infrastructure improvements in the lude Dubai Metro link and close proximity to City Centre Me'aisem, a multi-utility mall in Production City, benefit Afnan District. The project was completed in November 2019.

District of Dania

The second Midtown phase, Dania, consists of six buildings with 579 apartments ranging in size from studios to three-bedroom flats. Open lawns, a basketball court, tennis courts, and a swimming pool will all be amenities. The building was finished in February 2020.

Noor District

The third phase of Midtown, known as Noor District Noor, began operations in March 2020. It consists of seven buildings with a total of 593 units, including studios and apartments with one, two, and three bedrooms. Prices begin at 480,000 AED. The fourth quarter of 2022 is when Noor is expected to be finished.
