The Floating Venice:

The resort is compared to a ship in that it is anchored to the ocean floor and completely floats 4 kilometers off the coast of Dubai. Up to 3,000 visitors can be accommodated daily on The Floating Venice, which is valued at 2.5 billion AED (680 million USD). It has four decks, one of which is underwater, and offers lodging, dining, and entertainment options.

The main Piazza San Marco is where guests will arrive by boat, seaplane, or helicopter and where they can check in at the underwater lobby. The four decks will be home to a variety of 414 custom staterooms, with the underwater deck offering views of the coral reefs below and passing gondolas above. Gondolas brought from Venice will take visitors to their cabins, or they can choose to walk across bridges and canalside walkways.

The Venetian atmosphere will be brought to life by boutiques and artisanal stores. Throughout the year, traditional celebrations including the Venezian Carnevale, Biennale, and Festa del Redentore will be held. Visitors can unwind in a variety of pools at The Floating Venice, some of which have acrylic bases that provide breathtaking views of the coral reefs below. Unique floating beaches will be present, and corals totaling over 400,000 square feet will be planted around The Floating Venice from an on-site coral nursery.

Twelve bars and eateries will provide a range of entertainment. Three of these will offer breathtaking vistas of marine life underwater. The first floating underwater spa in the entire world will be present at the Floating Venice. Concrete is used to build the underwater portions of the Floating Venice while marine-based lightweight materials are used to build the higher decks. It will be guaranteed to live for at least one hundred years.
