Aspect Tower Business Bay:
A mixed-use development called The Executive Towers is located in Dubai's Business Bay, the center of the city's commerce. It consists of 10 residential towers, the Executive Hotel Tower (a hotel), and the Aspect Tower (an office building). Each skyscraper has an alphabetical block name. The Bay Avenue Shopping Mall, which has shops and cafes, is located on the first two levels of the three-story platform that unites all the buildings. The Courtyard, the third level of the podium, contains a number of communal amenities.
The first freehold office structure in the commercial district is Executive Tower D, or Aspect Tower. As a result, it is in high demand. The project was started in 2005 and finished in 2009 by Dubai Properties, a top real estate developer. Aspect Tower, which rises 135 meters above the earth and has 39 stories, a basement, a mezzanine level, and a ground floor, is one of the tallest buildings in the world. The building can accommodate 750 cars in its parking lot. The skyscraper stands out among the nearby homes thanks to its green facade planes, tinted blue glass, aluminum, and sandstone portals.
Aspect Tower Business Bay is situated on the northwest side of Executive Towers, before the second junction on Sheikh Zayed Road. It has convenient access to the major road and is ideally located between the Defense Roundabout and Al Safa Park.
