Armada Tower is a complex of three high-rise buildings situated in Jumeirah Lake Towers. As the name suggests, the community is home to skyscrapers and high-rise buildings that offer affordable residential units and commercial spaces. 

The construction of the towers began in 2004 and completed in 2009. The handover was done in 2010. Adnan Saffarini served as the architect of the project, who used the inspiration for the design reflecting three ships sailing in different directions. The complex has 1,200 residential units in total, divided into studio to 3-bedroom apartments and 4-bedroom penthouses. Armada Tower 2 offers fully fitted and shell-and-core offices. Each tower consists of health and recreational facilities such as a rooftop cafe and swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, gym, outdoor gardens and kids’ play area.
