Le Presidium Towers:

Dubai's Silicon Oasis has a twin-tower residential skyscraper called Le Presidium. It is located between Nova Tower and A.S.B. Tower in the master community's western section. Le Presidium Tower 2 faces the neighborhood of Summer Villas, while Le Presidium Tower 1 looks out onto Dubai-Al Ain Road.

Credo Investments FZE, which previously worked on The Prism in Business Bay and La Solarium Tower in Dubai Silicon Oasis, developed Le Presidium. It was first introduced in 2008 as a mixed-use structure but was later modified for residential usage.
