Palm Beach Towers:

Palm Beach Towers is a multi-building complex under development in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.
Palm Beach Towers comprises three individual buildings: Palm Beach Towers Residences 1, Palm Beach Towers Residences 2, and Palm Beach Towers Residences 3.

At the foot of the Palm Jumeirah, there is a posh residential, shopping, and beach club complex called Palm Beach Towers. Luxury one- to three-bedroom flats and duplexes are located in the three buildings. The towers are constructed on top of the Palm Monorail station, which was built between 2007 and 2009 and includes a 14-story parking structure. The parking lot includes close to 4,000 spots. There is a landscaped podium deck with a pool, sports courts, and 8,600 square feet of retail space on the 15th floor, which is above the podium.

The current 14-story Gateway building also houses 16 duplexes and 32 flats with ocean views. The Central Tower is 205-meter sand meters tall and has 48 stories (33 above podium level); the Beach Tower is 206 metres tall and has 48 levels. The Tubular Tower is 285 meters high and has 59 floors (44 above podium level) (and 33 above podium). In addition, Palm Beach Towers features a beach club and park that consists of a lush, shaded area with a variety of food and shopping options, a pool, barbecue pits, and a jogging path8,600 square feet of the development's 5.5 million square feet of gross floor space is used for retail.

The project was revived in June 2022 with the name Palm Beach Towers. The Palm Gateway was its previous name. In September 2022, Palm Beach Tower 3's sales relaunch began.
